Preserve your and your children’s humanity. Start taking care of your health

Want to preserve your and your children’s humanity? Start taking care of your health.
Your health is a shield against the loss of your freedom.
Good health is fundamental for a fulfilling and constructive life. Your physical health is closely related to your mental health, and vice versa. You don’t need to be a doctor to know this. You need to observe, have an interest to know about health, and a willingness to open your eyes to see how you function and why you function the way you do.
The success of all areas of your life depends on your health. If you have good health, you also contribute to building a sane and productive society. Mentally and physically healthy people are happy people. Good health helps you prevent illness because your immune system works properly, it enhances the quality of your life, it supports you in facing challenges, and it helps you stay sharp and grounded.
When you have good health, you have great energy and you save money because you don’t rely often on doctors and medications. Even your romantic and social lives improve when you are physically and mentally healthy. Not to mention the positive influence on your brain: your memory works better, your view on reality is clear, and you have strong cognitive functions.
If you have good health, you really enjoy your life.
Having good physical and mental health helps you have an evolved psychology and biology. And an evolved psychology and biology means that you are free from damaging influences coming from family and from the System that rules the world. Your vision is sharp, your inner state elevated, and you are in tune with the voice inside yourself—the only true Master. In this way you are able to feel, think, and behave in a sane and healthy way. This is the profile of a New Human Being.
How to preserve your and your children’s humanity as a New Human Being
We are currently undergoing a process of dehumanization, one marked by the erosion of our human capabilities. According to technocrats, we are about to enter a dystopia during which, for the next ten to fifteen years, we will experience intense suffering: the loss of jobs and the dismantling of the social structures we rely on; the decline of our cognitive faculties, and the weakening of our physical health, with serious consequences for our mental functioning. We are already experiencing this, especially our children and adolescents, who are raised on touchscreens.
The dehumanization is induced by technology and other means, from devices that expose our body to radiation, to social media that numbs us emotionally, from processed food that compromises our physiology with detrimental effects for our psychological and biological functioning, to medical treatments often given too easily and that worsen our condition.
A scenario of the future of humanity is offered by technocrat Mo Gawdat, software engineer, author, and public speaker. He worked as chief business officer for Google X and is the author of the books Solve for Happy and Scary. In his interview with Steven Barlett, entrepreneur, investor, and host of the podcast The Diary of a CEO, Gawdat advances the possibility that, at one point, we will all sit in a chair with a headset that catapults us into virtual realities for 23 hours a day. We will have only one hour to stand up.
We will be given a Universal Basic Income (UBI) because we won’t work anymore. A virtual headset seems to be the most humane way, according to Gawdat, to make a life deprived of its meaning and dreams acceptable. With something that distracts us and keeps us anesthetized from the misery we will be pushed into, we will be totally disempowered and so won’t be a threat to the System.
Doesn’t this reality sound like Brave New World? What if the future is a tyranny, the people provided with distractions? Daily life would be ruled by sex and drugs, and pervasive mass media would suppress the possibility of any original thought. In such a society, the ruling elite would not fear any kind of rebellion. If you think that Huxley’s vision seems to be the way things are in fact turning out, you’re not the only one!
The fact that we are ignorant and traumatized, and don’t question anything, means that we don’t love ourselves, making it easy to fall into the traps of the System and leading us toward meaningless lives. But while Gawdat’s solution may be the best for most people, not everybody would welcome it.
In this context of disruption, for those who don’t want to be part of the program, taking care of their physical and mental health becomes a must. It is self-defense against the subordination and deprivation of our freedom and dreams. It is possible to continue to live meaningful lives and realize our dreams and ambitions, but we must develop new potentialities that surpass any artificial intelligence, and elevate us. Evolving into New Human Beings is the way.
Preserve your and your children’s humanity by declining the System’s influence
Any regime, whether it is a dictatorship or a totalitarianism, needs a context in which to flourish. Without a context, it can’t be implemented. How is such a context created? Mass formation. Professor and clinical psychologist Mattias Desmet explains this in his book, The Psychology of Totalitarianism. Mass formation is a phenomenon that sees masses of people led to firmly believe in fake narratives and to obey absurd rules through different maneuvers and the instillation of fear, with all the consequences that that involves. By believing in the System, and adhering to its programs, this mass of people enables the implementation of a regime.
Why preserving your and your children’s humanity matters in a dehumanizing society
Nothing can awaken the masses to reasoning and to seeing reality as it truly is. They are blind. This blindness is caused by the generational toxic emotional baggage and unresolved childhood issues that people carry within themselves. All this causes a psychological vulnerability that the System exploits to manipulate them.
A fragile psychology leads people to display unhealthy behaviors that damage their physical and mental health. Such weak people are easily mesmerized, believing that everything the System feeds them, no matter how harmful, is true. That’s why a society struggles to grow and build organized, functional, and peaceful realities.
Now we are again at a turning point in our history in which the masses play a fundamental role in shaping a new order for the benefit of the System. But this time, the threat is global: our species is risking extinction.
Can we prevent the extinction of our species?
We can prevent extinction by avoiding being subjugated to any kind of regime or order that undermines our humanity and freedom. Stepping off of the program of dehumanization is the key. And to be successful in that, we must first liberate ourselves of our weaknesses. Healing our psychology from the harmful influence of family is crucial because, if our inner world is in a state of suffering, we are weak and thus easy prey for the System.
The stronger our health, both physical and mental, the better we can survive any induced or unwanted change in our society because we will be able to maintain a solid foundation in our lives. But this path is not for everybody. Only those who are ready to evolve into an empowered human will save themselves and their children.
New Human Beings don’t fight against the System, don’t rebel, and don’t hinder its plan. They simply disconnect from it and create a parallel existence. While everybody else is overwhelmed by the wave of disruptive change, New Human Beings create sane, wealthy, and free realities that coexist with the reality of the masses without belonging to it. And most of all, by virtue of the New Human Beings, humanity will continue to exist. A new, improved, powerful kind of humanity.
